Research themes

  • Contrôle et procédés laser

Main research projects

  • Optique Diffractive sub-λ
  • Micro-structuration laser

I am currently working on optical diffractive element manufacturing using two different methods: direct ultra-short pulsed laser ablation and 3D structuring using a photonic jet. My doctoral thesis was on the optical characterization of group III-V nitrides light emitting structures. I have also work on the development of laser micro-machining processes for the company Oxford Laser Ltd

Teaching

Being responsible for the Department of energy at ECAM Strasbourg-Europe, I currently teach courses on material properties (metallic materials, ceramics and polymers), metal heat treatment and materials resistance. I have also taught C++ programming and analogue & digital electronics at the University of Manchester (UK) during my doctoral studies.
